  • Each customer is given an explanation as possible about the treatment given.
  • Customers were given treatment within 20 minutes after registering.
  • Each customer is given good services, friendly, polite, respectful and considerate regardless of status and religion.

Occupational therapy treatment gives continuous quality and professional service to all patients.

  • Occupational therapy treatment gives the best possible out-patients and in-patients admitted.
  • Work harder in order to improve the work and performance of the unit.

Customer Charter

Out-Patient Treatment

We promise:-

  • Customers were given treatment within 15 minutes after registration.
  • Customers informed follow-up date if applicable.

In-Patient Treatment

We promise:-

  • Customers were given treatment within 1 working day after receiving the referral.
